Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Andersen Design piece. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within [14/30] days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return. Clearance or sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at sma@andersenstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions. Pack the item securely — ceramics are fragile and damage in transit is not covered unless the item was damaged upon arrival due to our packing. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return approval.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
