Large Sea Urchin Bowl designed by Weston Andersen in the 1960's
The beautiful Sea Urchins found on our coastal shore inspirited the form and glaze treatment of this striking bowl. The hand made process has subtle irregularities not found in machine cast pieces. The variegated brushwork gives the effect of patterns created by the ebb and flow of the tidal sea.
