Weston and Brenda Andersen showed this bird to a Japanese buyer, he said one word -Shibui. Simply stated and with reserved elegance, this ceramic sandpiper is slip-cast and hand-finished by Maine artisans. This stoneware Sandpiper is 4 inches tall
